Hunan Normal University

Professor Xiao Lin is a nationally recognized young talent, a Huxiang Young Talent, a recipient of the Hunan Province Excellent Youth Fund, and one of Hunan Province's first "Top Three" innovative talents. He is also a specially appointed “Xiaoxiang Scholar” at Hunan Normal University. He’s been invited to serve as a review expert for high-level talents by the Ministry of Education, a reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation, an expert for foreign projects in the Ministry of Science and Technology, and a paper reviewer for the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education. He was selected as a young backbone teacher in ordinary colleges in Hunan Province and a key talent cultivated by Hunan Normal University under the "National Excellent Youth Science Fund". His main research areas include artificial intelligence, neural networks, robot control, intelligent control, multi-agent systems, distributed control, and optimization.

Prof. Nianyin Zeng

Xiamen University

Professor Zeng Nianyin's main research areas include data intelligence analysis (modeling, learning, optimization, and decision-making) and AI-driven automation (AI in aviation/industry/medical). He has led and been responsible for over 20 research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, National Major Science and Technology Special Projects, and the Fujian Province Outstanding Young Scholars Program. He has received numerous scientific and technological awards, including the Second Prize of the Invention and Entrepreneurship Achievement Award from the China Invention Association, the Second and Third Prizes of the Natural Science Award of Fujian Province, the First Prize of the Natural Science Award of Chongqing, and the Second Prize of the Xiamen Science and Technology Progress Award, among others. He has also been recognized with titles such as 'Nanqiang Outstanding Young Talent' of Xiamen University, high-level talent of Fujian Province and Xiamen City, key talent of Xiamen City, Fujian Province Outstanding Young Scholar, International Scholar Exchange Fellowship from the Korea Higher Education Foundation, a global top 2% scientist, and 'Highly Cited Researcher' by Clarivate. Prof. Yan Song

University of Shanghai for Science and Technology

Professor Song Yan is a doctoral advisor, a member of the Party Committee of the School of Optoelectronic Information and Computer Engineering at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, the director of the Undergraduate Laboratory Center, and the deputy director of the Department of Control Science and Engineering. She has published more than 120 academic papers in international SCI journals, including over 70 as the first author or corresponding author, with more than 20 papers in IEEE journals such as IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering (a top journal in data mining), IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (a top journal in control theory), and IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems. She holds 6 authorized invention patents. She has led a total of 10 provincial and ministerial-level as well as military research projects, including 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and 4 provincial-level projects including the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation. In 2023, she was recognized as a Role Model Woman in the Shanghai Education System. She has repeatedly been awarded titles such as 'Teacher Highly Regarded by Students', 'March 8th Red Banner Holder' at the university level, 'Excellent Guidance Team for Innovation and Entrepreneurship' at the university level, and 'Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Faculty' of the school. She also serves as a director and committee member in multiple societies in the control and computer field, such as a Distinguished Member of CCF, Senior Member of IEEE, Senior Member of CAC, and Director of the Shanghai Automation Society.
