The conference attracted over 300 participants, including scholars from domestic and international universities, IEEE Fellows, and local expert representatives.

The conference featured parallel sessions for thematic presentations, where over ten scholars from institutions such as the Civil Aviation Flight University of China, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Donghua University, University of Jinan, Heilongjiang University, and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China delivered oral reports. These reports focused on topics like "Analysis of the Impact Indicators of Illegal Wildlife Trade Based on Mathematical Models" and "Multi-task-Based Detection and Prediction of Epileptic EEG." Participating experts engaged in discussions on these topics and offered their insights and suggestions.

会议设置主题报告分会场，来自中国民用航空飞行学院、哈尔滨理工大学、东华大学、济南大学、黑龙江大学、电子科技大学的等10余位学者围绕“基于数学模型的野生动物非法贸易影响指标分析”、“基于多任务的癫痫脑电图检测与预测”，等主题进行口头报告。与会专家分别对以上主题展开讨论并提出了意见和建议。
